How can you justify putting Kingsford behind Iron Mountain(a team they beat 47-0)and Manistique ( a team with 2 losses in the MPC)?

How can you put Manistique ahead of Norway? Norway only has one conf loss (WW) and Mano has 2 conf losses (IM & Nor). Since Norway has beaten Mano, they should be ahead of them.
since kingsford finally got recognition..dont you think their #5 spot is equivallent to the #1 spot?:):)
